Dr. Neerad is a renowned physiotherapist with more than two decades of experience practicing physiotherapy and rehabilitation. He is a goal-driven person who holds the opinion that patient care is best offered through the intervention of a team of physiotherapists and other professionals. He also strived over the course of the years to enhance special teams of well-trained physiotherapy professionals to provide goal-oriented, individual, standardized physiotherapy services to patients. Under his leadership, PURPOSE REHAB has introduced a number of interprofessional practice activities using evidence and academic development that are in line with international practice standards.

Dr. Neerad and his team are engaged in conducting research on several novel treatments to implement cutting-edge ortho and neurorehabilitation regimes in hospital and non-hospital settings. Some of the applications include FES for stroke patients, Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) for schizophrenia and stroke, EMG biofeedback for incontinence, Trans Electro-cutaneous Nerve Stimulation (TENS) for dysphagia patients, and surface spinal stimulation in high spinal cord injury patients.

He has been practicing physiotherapy for over two decades and has worked in major super-specialty hospitals such as Fortis, Max, Apollo, CK Birla Healthcare, and many more across nine states of India, whereby his work has involved setting up physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics with a team of professionals.
